How do I place an order??

You can pop in to see us at the shop and we can go through your order details. Or, you can phone us on 01395 223 005, email us at [email protected] or make an enquiry through our website and we will contact you back.


Payment & Shipping

We accept all cards (but not American Express/Diners) BACS, hard cash, cheques. If you order requires shipping we will price this on a case by case basis, to ensure you pay the correct amount. (ie, not overpay).


Returns & Refunds

If your finished garment is garment is faulty or we have made an error, we will (without too much quibbling) give you a replacement or refund if we are unable to rectify it. Please note, that bespoke garments are non refundable (under the consumer rights act 2015) unless faulty.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 10 Magnolia House, Church Street, Exmouth, EX8 1PE.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
